A property Scout drives neighborhoods looking for potential houses to purchase.
I’m looking for people who want to make a little extra money each month in their spare time. All you need is a dependable car and a smartphone that is less than 3 years old.
As a Real Estate Investor I am always looking for leads to properties that the owners want to sell quickly and where they want a fast cash sale. I have business partners that I contract with who purchase the houses, rehab them and sell them to new homeowners.
I supply the training and setup my Property Scouts with a Mobile App from PropStream. No Cost or Obligation to start. Receive Cash Payment when a property sale closes.
WHAT IS THE PROPSTREAM MOBILE APP?
I use the Desktop Version of the PropStream software in my business to provide me with the details regarding potential houses to purchase. I setup each of my Property Scouts with the PropStream Mobile App account FREE.
You will use the App to either directly enter the addresses for houses that you believe would be potential leads for me to purchase or, you can use the Just Drive mode to drive neighborhoods and record multiple addresses.
