Whether you are someone who wants to or needs to sell your home, New Hope REI is here to assist you. We provide services to support our communities while serving the needs of our customers. Not all home owners can afford to update and upgrade their homes when they need to sell. We work with sellers who need to sell distressed properties and those facing foreclosure. We want to build trusting and truthful relationships while providing solutions to meet your needs to sell your property quickly.
WHO WE ARE
In 2022 my wife Leslie and I moved to Tennessee from Minnesota to be closer to our daughter’s family which includes 5 of our 6 grandchildren.
Our goal was to find a property where we could have two homes, one for them and their growing family and a smaller home for just the two of us.
Our searching led me to a great idea. Why not get involved in buying older homes and upgrading them to make them great places for others while we look for our new home.
In early 2024 I started my Real Estate Investment business as a way to help solve problems for others. I am building my team by partnering with some of the Top Home Remodeling Contractors in Middle Tennessee.
The name New Hope Real Estate Investing points towards helping others to find new hope. It might be to sell a home that they need to be free of. For others, it is being able to purchase
an upgraded older home that is more affordable.
